Terms of Use

This ticket is issued by the Organization (PRH d.o.o.) responsible for the event. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Recording and Consent:
   

   The event may be recorded for use in sound recordings, television, or other audio-visual reproductions.By attending, you consent to participate in these recordings and grant the necessary permissions under the Performers Protection Act.

2. Ticket Refunds and Exchanges:
   

   Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except as provided by law. None of the promoters,performers, sponsors, venues, or ticket outlets will be responsible for any property loss, destruction, or theft, except where it results from a breach of contract or negligence.

3. Ticket Validity:
   
   • The ticket is valid only for the first entry to the event. Only the first ticket scanned with its QR code will be accepted as valid.
   • You must protect your ticket from loss, damage, unauthorized copying, and sharing (e.g., posting on social media).
   • Any subsequent ticket with the same identification will be automatically invalid.
4. Festival Wristbands:
   

   Upon entry, your ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband. This wristband allows re-entry to the festival grounds without limitations. Once exchanged, the ticket is no longer valid.By using this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the rules posted on the festival website. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the venue and potential legal action.

5. Event Changes:
   

   PRH d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the artist lineup in line with the event concept. In such cases, the ticket remains valid, cannot be returned, and no additional fee will be required.Any changes will be announced on www.punkrockholiday.com and official social media channels, so please check regularly.

6. Additional Shows and Days:
   

   PRH d.o.o. may add extra shows or days (such as Warm Up Show or Early Arrival) to the festival schedule.This ticket includes camping for the specified dates but does not cover additional days or shows, which may incur extra charges. Payment for Early Arrival and Warmup Show will be collected on-site.

7. Event Cancellation:
   

   If the event is canceled, you may return your ticket to the original point of purchase within 30 days, following the shop's rules and conditions.In case of cancellation, date changes, or other event modifications, additional expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodation) will not be reimbursed.

8. Event Interruptions and Refunds:
   

   If the event is interrupted or not held due to reasons such as power cuts, noise, adverse weather, external factors, epidemics, pandemics, or force majeure(referred to as "reasons for interruption"), ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund, ticket exchange, or any other compensation.

9. Admission and Safety:
   

   PRH d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event grounds for reasons including public safety or overcrowding. In such cases, the Organization will not be liable for any damage or loss, except to refund the face value of the ticket.Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets. Sellers and agents are not responsible for any damage or loss of tickets after purchase. Admission is granted only with a full ticket; re-admission is not permitted unless previously arranged.

10. Ticket Purchase and Counterfeit Warning:
    

    Important: Only purchase tickets from authorized outlets. Attempting to gain entry with a counterfeit ticket will result in prosecutionThe first 10 rows of the pit may become overcrowded. If you feel unsafe, please move back to an area with more space. Take care of yourself and others. In case of injury or feeling unwell, seek help at the first aid area immediately.

11. Assumption of Risk and Liability:
    

    The ticket holder assumes all risks of injury and responsibility for property loss, destruction, or theft. Promoters, performers,sponsors, venue operators, and ticket outlets, along with their employees, are released from any liability. However, this does not exclude liability for (a) personal injury or death caused by negligence or (b) fraudulent acts.

12. Stage Diving and Pit Safety:
    

    Important Safety Notice:Both stages lack mojo barriers. If you choose to stage dive, you do so at your own risk. Ensure your actions are safe for yourself and others. When on the stage dive platform, do not linger longer than necessary to safely find someone to catch you. Do not dance, take selfies, or enter the artist area of the stage unless approved by the band.The first 10 rows of the pit may become overcrowded. If you feel unsafe, please move back to an area with more space. Take care of yourself and others. In case of injury or feeling unwell, seek help at the first aid area immediately.

13. Security and Prohibited Items:
    

    All attendees are subject to a search upon entry, in accordance with the law. If offensive materials are found, or if an attendee refuses to consent to a search, they will be denied entry.Recording a performer’s performance without prior written consent is a criminal offense. The use of professional cameras or recording equipment is prohibited.

14. Event Conditions:
    

    The event will proceed rain or shine.Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes without the Organizer’s permission and may not be resold for more than their face value.

The seller is selling on his own behalf and for his own account.

The seller guarantees privacy. The privacy policy determines how your personal information is collected and used on the seller's website.

The online shop's policy is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Ur.l.RS no. 86/2004, 113/2005)

The buyer whose personal data is collected has the right to correction of inaccurate personal data,the right to complement incomplete personal data, the right to access personal data concerning him and the right to limit the processing in accordance with the General Regulation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679).

The buyer has the right of erasure (the so-called "Right to be forgotten"), which means the right to have the seller delete personaldata relating to him without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies:

• personal data are no longer required for the purpose defined in Article 25 of the General Conditions
• the buyer withdraws the statement from Article 22 of the General Conditions
• the buyer objects to the processing of personal data, the personal data have been processed illegally
• personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under the law of the European Union or the Personal Data Protection Act.

The buyer has the right to receive personal data concerning him which he has provided the seller with in a structured, commonly usedand machine-readable form and the right to pass that information to another controller (the so-called "Right to data portability").

In the event of a breach of protection of personal data, and when it is likely that the breach may pose a significantrisk to the buyer's rights and freedoms, the seller will inform the buyer without undue delay about the breach of the protection of his personal data that has occurred.

Article 9 of the General Conditions, which defines the appeal procedure, applies to theprocedure for exercising the rights of the buyer referred to in this Article.

Personal information is collected upon the buyer's registration in the seller's online store. If the buyer wishes to purchase tickets through the seller's website, he must become a registered user, with a username (email address) and password (user defined).Personal information collected by the seller may include the buyer's first and last name, address, contact information, date of birth and gender. In the case of legal persons, the name of the company or the name of the organization with associated information (address, tax number, and responsible person), e-mail address and telephone number.This site may also collect customer visit data, such as the name of their internet service provider and the IP address through which the customer accesses the internet; date and time of access to the website; the websites that he accesses while visiting this site and the internet address of the website directly from which the buyer came to the seller's site. This information is collected to improve and manage the website and analyze trends.

The seller uses the buyer's personal information to:

• provide better and more efficient customer service
• improve the performance of the online store and its services, follow development trends in Information technology
• make the website more customer-friendly by implementing the latest web-based trading software
• inform the buyer about important information about new products on sale and announcements from the organizers
• calculate statistics about the website visit data for research purposes using the Google analytics tool.

If the buyer subscribes to the newsfeed when registering in the seller's online store, the seller uses technology that reports thatthe buyer has clicked the link provided in the email. The seller may combine this information with the buyer's personal information in order to provide him with more user-specific news or information. Each email contains a link that allows the buyer to cancel receiving such emails.

The seller will not share personal information with third parties without the buyer's permission. The seller protects personal information. The seller uses a variety of technology and procedures to help protect the buyer’s personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Personal information provided by the buyer is stored on servers accessed only by an authorized personand is stored on secure premises. When a customer transmits sensitive information or information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, it is located on the bank's or processor's website for making a payment using the SSL (Security Socket Layer) encryption protocol.
